What exactly is a home watch?
A home watch is a regular, documented inspection of your property while you are away. We check interior and exterior areas for leaks, damage, pests, alarm issues and maintenance needs, then send you a dated photo report after every visit.
How often do you visit?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits during the time they are away, with seasonal plans for shorter absences. We will recommend a frequency during the free walkthrough based on your home and how long you are gone.
What do I receive after each visit?
A photo report delivered by e-mail: time-stamped photos of each area checked, notes on anything unusual, and if needed a recommended action with your approval required before any work is done.
Do you help with hurricane season?
Yes. Before a storm we can prepare your home — shutter checks, outdoor furniture, pool and lanai securing and after it passes we inspect the property, document any damage and coordinate the vendors you authorize.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and the Sanibel & Captiva islands. If you are just outside these areas, call us we will let you know honestly whether we can take proper care of your home.
Are you insured?
Yes. TrustGuard is fully insured, and every team member is background-checked. Proof of insurance is available on request during your walkthrough.
Can you handle repairs and cleaning while I am away?
Absolutely — AC service, exterior cleaning and handyman work are all part of what we do. We always confirm scope and cost with you before starting any additional work.
